Overview
The To Do’s card displays active and pending To Do’s assigned to the driver with a link to the To Do’s list.
This feature relies on your systems supporting the To Do’s web service. For API-specific guidance, refer to To Do Items.
Creating a To Do’s card
IMPORTANT: The To Do’s card can be added to your dashboard via App Manager; however, content must be populated via the API. For more information, refer to To Do Items.
Within App Manager, navigate to App Configuration> Dashboards
Within the relevant dashboard, select +Add a card
Navigate to Type and select To Do’s
App Manager auto-generates a Header - replace the auto-generated text with desired text
The Header will be displayed in the mobile app
Add optional inputs:
Select an Icon - icons are displayed to the left of the Header in the app
Select Save
Editing a To Do’s card
Within the relevant Dashboard, select the To Do’s card to edit
Make the desired modifications
Select Save to apply changes
To abandon modifications, select Discard Changes
NOTE: Saved changes appear immediately in the mobile app
Deleting a To Do’s card
Within the relevant Dashboard, select the To Do’s card to delete
Select Delete
Upon confirmation, To Do’s cards are immediately removed from the Dashboard
Once removed, deleted To Do’s cards are no longer visible within the mobile app
