Overview
Eleos maintains compatibility with a range of mobile platforms to provide a reliable experience for all users. Two main device platforms are supported:
Android: Supports Android 9 through the current version.
iOS: Supports the latest OS version and one previous.
NOTE: As long as an Android operating system is used by 2% or more of our customer base, Eleos will continue to support that operating system.
IMPORTANT: Ensure your users regularly update their devices to maintain access to the latest app features, optimal performance, and security improvements.
Android Support
For Android devices, Eleos supports versions starting from Android 9 up to the current release. We continually monitor usage metrics across the platform. The 2% utilization threshold ensures that older Android systems are not deprecated prematurely if they remain actively utilized by your users.
iOS Support
For Apple devices, we guarantee compatibility for the most recently released iOS version, as well as the immediately preceding major version. Devices running older iOS versions will need to be updated to guarantee full functionality.
