Overview

The Loads Card displays essential information about the load, load-level actions and a preview of the first stop. In addition, the Loads Card provides drivers with one-tap access to the Loads and/or Trip Planner feature.

Drivers can also access a history of loads from the Loads Card, with or without a breakdown by load status.

Adding a Loads Card

IMPORTANT: The Loads Card can be added to a dashboard via App Manager; however, content must be populated via the API. For more information, refer to Loads.

  1. Within App Manager, navigate to App Configuration> Dashboards

  2. Within the relevant dashboard, select +Add a card

  3. Navigate to Type and select Loads

  4. App Manager auto-generates a Header - replace the auto-generated text with desired text

    • The Header will be displayed in the mobile app

  5. Add optional inputs:

    • Select an Icon - icons are displayed to the left of the Header

    • Input text for the Label and Status Code fields under Load Status Counts - load status counts display the number of loads accessible within the app based on load status  (refer to image in Overview section)

  6. Select Save

Editing a Loads Card

  1. Within the relevant dashboard, select the Loads Card to edit

  2. Make the desired modifications

  3. Select Save to apply changes

    • To abandon modifications, select Discard Changes

    • NOTE: Saved changes appear immediately in the mobile app

Deleting a Loads Card

  1. Within the relevant dashboard, select the Loads Card to delete

  2. Select Delete

    • Upon confirmation, the Loads Card is immediately removed from the dashboard

    • Once removed, the deleted Loads Card is no longer visible within the mobile app
