Overview

The ToDos Card displays active and pending ToDos assigned to the driver with a link to the ToDos list.

This feature relies on your systems supporting the ToDo Web Service. For API-specific guidance, refer to ToDo Items.

Creating a ToDo Card

IMPORTANT: The ToDos Card can be added to your dashboard via App Manager; however, content must be populated via the API. For more information, refer to ToDo Items.

  1. Within App Manager, navigate to App Configuration> Dashboard

  2. Within the relevant dashboard, select +Add a card

  3. Navigate to Type and select ToDos

  4. App Manager auto-generates a Header - replace the auto-generated text with desired text

    • The Header will be displayed in the mobile app

  5. Add optional inputs:

    • Select an Icon - icons are displayed to the left of the Header in the app

  6. Select Save

Editing an Info Card

  1. Within the relevant Dashboard, select the ToDos Card to edit

  2. Make the desired modifications

  3. Select Save to apply changes

    • To abandon modifications, select Discard Changes

    • NOTE: Saved changes appear immediately in the mobile app

Deleting an Info Card

  1. Within the relevant Dashboard, select the ToDos Card to delete

  2. Select Delete

    • Upon confirmation, ToDos Cards are immediately removed from the Dashboard

    • Once removed, deleted ToDos Cards are no longer visible within the mobile app
