Overview

Actions are customizable buttons that allow mobile app users to complete specific tasks, such as scanning documents, submitting forms, launching external apps, or making phone calls. Actions can be placed on dashboard info cards, embedded within load or stop workflows, and more.

NOTE: To better understand actions, refer to our Actions Guide.

Accessing Actions

Within App Manager, navigate to App Configuration > Actions to view and manage all active and archived actions in the environment. App Manager lists all available Actions alphabetically by Title.

You can  search for active or archived actions by typing in the Title or Code in the search bar. When viewing an action, you can preview how the action buttons will render in both Light Mode and Dark Mode (including label, icon, and colors) before saving.

NOTE: Changes made here affect the active environment only.
